Didn't work for me and only a partial refund

I did my research and decided to go with Total AV and this was a mistake. I added it to my computer, I-Phone and I-Pad. The service worked fine for a week or so but then I began to have problems connecting on my computer. This problem only became worse over the next few days. I next noticed a problem on my I-Phone not connecting or being completely blocked from looking at the internet (tried through Safari and Firefox, both were blocked). Their service then completely locked my phone up to a point that I had to do a hard reset and then immediately I uninstalled this program. Customer service would only give me a partial refund after I had the service for three weeks (the initial cost $29.99, I added the VPN $39.99 because it wouldn't allow ...Mostra di più
Amazing Anti Virus, VPN, & More!

Not just an anti virus but also a useful VPN, password vault, internet security, and even a system tuner which all work great and not only keep me safe but also help my computer run better. I bought Total AV for the VPN but I found more use out of all of its other amazing features

if not for the price then it would be perfect but it does what you need it to do which is essentially keeping you safe from viruses, and alerting you when needed.

program will not delete cookies out of Google Chrome even though the program is closed. restarting computer doesn't help.
It works well...

Works well in the background, especially with my older computer. It also works well with my android phone. Was a relatively easy install on my laptop but had a few hiccups with my phone. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions and in the end the phone app was installed. So far no other issues, so I will say it is good value for money!

I scan regularly and it always detect malware. It's cheap and effective protective for viruses and malwares

I have had Total for approx 5 month and I have had the programme disappear off my computer twice now so not sure if this programme is for me, I only noticed this time because I got an email saying it needed renewing and not due while end of June 2021

At the end the summation seemed to say (to me)
the opposite to what I would expect. Its just the wording.

Total AV does a very thorough scan. My only criticism is that the programmes I wish to not be quarantined keep reappearing each scan. Otherwise an excellent antivirus product.
