I had Total Av before and liked it but had to discontinue it because of financial problems. Is it possible to add it to my cell phone without an increase in the cost?

Great AV, the best out there. But there are a few options i am missing, and the scheduled scans happen outside the schedule time for some reason.. Also its a bit too pricey. But, there isn't a better one out there ..
