Very pleased with the effectiveness of trial period. My computer was noticeably faster. Payment was easily accomplished for one year discount of 70%. I was less happy with the app for screening advertisements as designed for MS Edge browser, which I do not use. I am a very happy user of Google browser.

Even though the protection and cleaning are top rate, I find myself getting frustrated with it as well. I am trying to learn something, and I click on a link, and the next thing I know YOUR product won't let me see the site. No matter what I do, I can't get to it. I've tried turning off certain features, but still won't let me. Why do we not get the option on the "not secure" page to go ahead (maybe ask us if we would like to continue; but it seems I can't even do that. What am I doing wrong?
'Remove Cookies' feature

1.) Somehow that step does not seem to work. I clicked OK, to close Microsoft, I clicked: Remove Cookies, over and over again. There was nothing to close, shy of closing/shutting down the computer. 2.) There is no mention when or how often TotalAV scans. IS IT UP TO ME TO SCAN? IF I FORGET, IS THIS LAPTOP AT RISK? TotalAV is Not very assuring...
