This AV software is an very well balanced software package to improve the protection as well as efficiency of the computer system. The VPN is another way to protect the computers from bad attacks. By simply words, the TotalAV is perfect protection for my PC as well as PC's of my family members.

I really like this avTotal protection, feel 100% safer. The only question: it is harder to locate and seek help or the support area. I have question about it downloaded on 3 devices I use. Where to seek an answer-?

The software is great but the customer service leaves ALOT to be desired.
Yes they reply in a timely manner however it is a serious struggle to get changes made to your account.
Example: when I signed up I selected the anti virus pro which was great. Then it took me to the add ons. I didn’t notice that I had selected a 2 additional ad ons until it took me to my invoice. I immediately emailed the billing email & laid out my accident and asked them kindly to cancel the additional services & return my money. Easy, simple a chimp could do it.
The first reply I got basically it would be a shame to cancel the service & laid out details of how they were protecting my computer. I replied back stating I don’t want to cancel the ...Mostra di più
