No Easy Way to Email Direct

Wanted to cancel subscription online because an auto payment was taken. No way of doing it online via web chat. Couldn't find an email on the site or any email form. So had to trawl around to find one. Still don't know if it is correct though.

A Few Observations Re Your Newest Version Of Total AV

Everything that you provide on your newest version of Total AV is great, but there ARE a few things that I wish you guys would have either left where they were, the way they were, and/or made a better effort to clarify. Allow me to elaborate. 1, The Browser "cleaner"(?), whereby I'm able to clear out all of the cookies and browsing details, without having to go through a full scan. That MAY still be in place, but it's not characterized the same way, so I have no idea if I'm using the same function as before. 2, YOU NEED to clarify WHEN exactly, any scheduled scans take place. Your service provides the scheduled hours that things occur, BUT, I still don't know if the times you're referring to, are London's time, or any of the US time zones. ...Mostra di più
